Toyota I-site is an access control and fleet management system which monitors forklift and driver's use in real time. It provides a continuous analysis service, giving access to our knowledge and experience in order to create long term commercial relationship.

The solution is manily based in two systems developed internally by Toyota:
 

• Easy Management Reports that obtains internal data from Toyota (Movex).
• Toyota Wireless Information System that obtains real time information abou forklifts and drivers.

I-Site system gathers forklift and driver's data and it is transferred on regular intervals previously set up by the user on a server, where any user with permissions can access using a web page.

¿Which services are provided?
 

• PIN code or personal card start up system, configurable for every vehicle and user, avoiding forklift's use by non authorized drivers.

• Checklist before start up with questions defined by users to make sure that forklifts meet all safety requirements.

• Forklift's and operator information register. You can know the exact time when a truck was started or turned off, movement and lifting times, and always related to the current driver.

• Collision registering to increase facilities' safety. Every impact and its intensity are recorded and associated to the driver and event's time. Optionally I-Site can act on the vehicle, forcing turttle mode (the truck still works but with lower performance) until the person in charge unlocks it.

• Battery charge log to optimize the process, leading to lower costs and a better battery performance during its lifespan.

¿Which forklifts are compatible?

I-Site can be mounted on any forklift because it is and independent and autonomous with every element required to provide all the information, except for the battery charging log, which requires CAN bus technology. Because it is a noninstrusive system it is easy to adapt and install it on any kind of machinery, even if they are not forklifts, and it does not require additional equipment at working facilites.

¿How is the information accessed?

All the setup and queries is made via web, so you will be able to look up any information quickly and with ease from a device connected to the Internet. With only a user and password you will be able to manage your fleet from anywhere. Besides, if you want to link the information with another program or modify some data, reports can be exported to .xlsx format (Excel 2007 and newer versions).
